Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are processed for shipment on the same or next business day (excluding Sundays) after the order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Most packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days(excluding Sundays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. In addition, there may be instances in which orders with multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers depending on which warehouses the parts/items will be coming from. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery

To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different types of products and shipping destinations. Once shipping is confirmed, it will be set for pickup by the carrier. Some products in stock ship same day, or within 1 day after which their delivery can be tracked via the tracking number sent to your email. There are other products that require more time, generally due to physical location, carrier or warehouse accessibility, and other economic conditions (i.e. delay at the border, pandemic, etc.) Shipping can be tracked via tracking number.

Not Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, this does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Address Change Requests

We accept address change requests within 30 minutes of a successful payment. Simply contact us at cs@enginego.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, you may still reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee success. In cases where the address cannot be updated in time and the package must be returned or refunded, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping on all orders. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please contact us immediately to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 45 calendar days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping points. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty(30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

The delivery timeframes provided on our website are calculated according to location, package size, and shipping carriers' transit times. Please note: The displayed dates are estimates only. In any event, we are committed to keeping you informed as updates become available, and to delivering the parts you need as quickly as possible.

Business days for ship-out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Saturdays only. (Do not include Sundays.)

We do not process or deliver packages on Sundays. There may be delays during public holidays.

Enginego.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes, mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you place an order using any of these address types, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
