What’s Included in EngineGo’s Diesel All-in-One Delete Kits
EngineGo’s Diesel All-in-One kits bundle everything you need to remove emissions parts and unlock power. Each kit typically includes mandrel-bent straight exhaust pipes, a EGR delete kit, and a delete tuner, and sometimes a CCV (crankcase ventilation) reroute kit or an upgraded DOC-delete downpipe. By pre-packaging all of these components, EngineGo streamlines your build and ensures all parts work together.
Straight Exhaust Pipes
A straight exhaust is at the heart of the kit. This replaces the stock tailpipe (including the DPF/DOC section) with a mandrel-bent stainless steel pipe. EngineGo uses durable 409 stainless steel tubing, which is bend-formed and 100% MIG-welded for strength. The result is a leak-free, long-lasting exhaust system.
We offer multiple straight-exhaust configurations:
- DPF Delete Pipes (Race Pipes)
These kits typically 1–3 sections of stainless tubing that bolt in place of the factory DPF and connected catalytic elements. This cuts out the restrictive DPF, and often with the DOC/CAT, dramatically freeing up exhaust flow for more horsepower and throttle response. These eliminate soot-clogging DPFs, one of the most terrible problems.
A 4-inch turbo-back (or downpipe-back) system replaces the factory piping from the turbocharger outlet (or downpipe) all the way to the tailpipe. This is typically enough flow for daily-driving builds. A 4″ system saves weight and can be easier to install on many trucks. Both types remove the stock exhaust pieces but differ in where the new straight pipes begin.
For certain vehicle models, only one of either the turbo-back or downpipe-back option will be available, so there's no need to worry about choosing between the two.
- 5″ Turbo-Back or Downpipe-Back Pipes
For maximum power and the deepest exhaust note, choose a 5″ system. The larger diameter greatly reduces backpressure and boosts turbo response. A 5″ turbo-back/downpipe-back kit lets your engine breathe almost unrestricted, which is ideal for towing or competition use.
Not all trucks have all the options above available, it depends on inventory and fitment. But if you want the ultimate flow and sound, a 5″ kit is worth considering.
Each of the above exhaust types may offer in versions with or without a muffler. A muffler- equipped pipe will be quieter (good for daily street use) but is slightly heavier and more expensive. A straight no-muffler pipe is louder and gives a race-ready growl. Choose based on your noise preference.
EGR Delete Kit
Every All-in-One kit includes a diesel EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) delete. This kit removes the factory EGR cooler and valve and seals off their ports. It includes precision block-off plates, leakproof gaskets, and coolant reroute hoses or fittings as needed. By blocking the EGR circuit, the kit prevents soot buildup in the intake and cooling system. EngineGo’s CNC-machined block-off plates and high-temp seals ensure a leak‑free installation. Removing the EGR cooler stops costly failures (clogged coolers, high backpressure) and yields more stable combustion and extended engine life.
Although all kits perform the same function, each kit is specially built for its engine platform. Regardless of model, you can count on the kit’s plates and gaskets to be high quality.
Delete Tuners
The included delete tuner is the final piece of the puzzle. This handheld device comes pre-loaded with custom delete tunes, so you simply plug it into your truck’s OBD-II port after installing the hardware. It reprograms the ECU so the engine knows the DPF and EGR are gone and can run safely. Because it’s specifically tuned for your model and kit, a delete tuner ensures you won’t get limp mode or check-engine lights. The tuner unlocks your engine’s hidden potential with preloaded tunes.
Importantly, all tuners in our kits arrive ready to go – no extra downloads needed. The tuners in EngineGo kits already have the delete calibrations on the SD card. (If you want further customization, they also support on-the-fly adjustments via SD card.)
How to Choose the Right All-in-One Kit
Choosing the best All-in-One Delete Kit for your truck is easy with EngineGo’s tools and guidance. Start by using the vehicle selector on the website: pick your year, make, model, and engine, and the site will filter down to the kits that fit. Then, on the product page, carefully check the Specifications > Compatibility section. It will list which exact components are included and any model restrictions (e.g. cab/chassis exceptions). This step avoids mistakes.

For many builds, EngineGo recommends the core trio: straight exhaust pipes + EGR delete kit + tuner. This combination delivers big power gains while removing the most failure-prone emissions parts. Our kits are optimized for performance because the tuner, exhaust, and EGR delete are designed to work in harmony. Installing these together will give your truck the largest boost in horsepower and turbo response.
Other components like the CCV kit or upgraded downpipe can be added based on your goals. If you want maximum reliability and reduced maintenance, include the CCV reroute. Besides, if you’re building a high-output Duramax, the DOC-delete downpipe is a smart upgrade. But if you’re mainly after engine smoothness and fuel economy, you can focus on the straight pipes, EGR delete, and tuner, and add extras later. The flexibility is yours. Buy extras parts here:
