Find the Perfect Delete Kit for Your 6.7L Cummins
The 6.7L Cummins emissions architecture evolved heavily from 2007 to today. We don't sell universal kits. Select the bundle engineered for your exact chassis:
- 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins: Targets the early DPF and EGR cooler designs, stopping catastrophic coolant leaks and carbon-choked intake horns.
- 2013-2018 6.7L Cummins: Our most comprehensive kits for the 4th Gen platform, seamlessly eliminating the complex DEF/SCR injection systems alongside the DPF and EGR.
- 2019-2025 6.7L Cummins: Advanced kits designed for the 5th Gen high-pressure fuel systems, complete with the necessary Security Gateway (SGW) Bypass modules for flawless ECM tuning.
Why the 6.7L Cummins Needs a Full Delete
The Cummins 6.7L emissions architecture was designed to satisfy EPA standards, not to maximize engine longevity or output. Here is what stock emissions hardware actually does to your diesel:
- EGR System: Recirculates hot, soot-laden exhaust gas back into the intake manifold. This introduces carbon buildup in the intake ports, accelerates oil contamination, and keeps coolant temperatures elevated. EGR cooler failures on the 6.7L can push coolant into the intake, which is a catastrophic failure mode that costs thousands to repair.
- DPF : Traps particulate matter until it regenerates through a passive or active burn cycle that spikes exhaust temps, stresses pistons, and dilutes engine oil with unburned diesel. A clogged DPF means back-pressure buildup that robs power and increases turbo inlet temperatures.
- DEF / SCR System: The urea injection system adds complexity, ongoing fluid costs, and a failure point that can throw the truck into limp mode and leave you stranded.
What's Included in the 6.7 Cummins All-in-One Delete Kit
Every kit in this collection is purpose-built as a complete emissions delete solution. Depending on the tier you choose, your kit includes:
Core Hardware (Included in All Kits):
- DPF Delete Pipe — 4" or 5" mandrel-bent stainless steel; replaces the diesel particulate filter and catalytic converter with a free-flowing exhaust section. Available in straight-pipe and turbo-back configurations.
- EGR Delete Kit — CNC-machined billet aluminum block-off plates and coolant reroute hardware that permanently removes the exhaust gas recirculation system from the intake loop. Available in black, silver, and red.
Full-Delete Bundle Adds:
- DEF Delete — Eliminates the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system and diesel exhaust fluid requirement.
- CCV Reroute Kit — Reroutes crankcase ventilation away from the intake manifold, keeping your turbo and intercooler clean.
- Throttle Valve Delete — Removes the factory throttle valve assembly that causes stumble and surge on decel.
- Mini Maxx Tuner V2 — Pre-loaded with delete tunes; unlocks full horsepower and torque potential and disables all DTC codes triggered by delete hardware.
Note: All-in-One means exactly that. Every component in your kit is sourced, matched, and shipped as a system. No separate tuner order. No sourcing pipes from one vendor and delete plates from another. One order. One box. One install.
FAQs
Do I need a tuner if I'm just doing the DPF and EGR delete hardware?
Yes. Without a delete tune, your truck's ECM will detect the missing components and throw fault codes, including codes that put the vehicle into limp mode. A tuner is not optional. Every Full Delete Kit from EngineGo includes the Mini Maxx Tuner V2 pre-loaded with delete calibrations.
Will this void my warranty?
If your Ram is still under a factory powertrain warranty, emissions modifications may affect coverage. These kits are designed for off-road and competition use. Consult your warranty documentation before purchasing.
Which kit covers my 2013-2018 Ram 2500?
This is our highest-volume platform. We carry hardware-only, full delete, and premium all-in-one kits for this range. Use the product filter to narrow by year or select "2013–2018" in the fitment guide.
Can I run this on the street?
These kits are designed and sold for off-road and competition use only. They are not legal for use on public roads under EPA regulations. EngineGo does not encourage or condone use on emissions-tested or public roads. Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local and federal regulations.
How long does shipping take?
Most kits ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number at dispatch. Free shipping applies to all orders within the continental US.
