Why This Combination Works

Tuning that matches the hardware

Removing the DPF and EGR hardware needs a matching calibration to clear codes and adjust engine parameters. AMDP is a Canadian company specializing in diesel performance tuning. Its tunes are delivered through the EZ LYNK cloud, so there is no ECM swap and no need to ship your ECM or TCM.

• Five power levels: Level 1 to Level 5, adding roughly +30 HP to +150 HP over stock. Actual results vary with vehicle condition, supporting mods and fuel quality.
• Lifetime Full Support: unlimited tune revisions, ongoing calibration improvements, continued software update compatibility and long-term technical assistance.
• Transmission tuning included: for your 68RFE or Aisin, with enhanced shift points, firmer shifts and reduced torque management.

Levels 4 and 5 raise exhaust gas temperatures noticeably under load. If you run them, especially when towing, monitor your EGTs closely.

Wireless flashing, plus a real diagnostic tool

The Auto Agent 3 connects to your phone through its own Wi-Fi hotspot. The free app (Android 6.0+ / iOS 15.0+) lets you flash tunes wirelessly with unlimited re-flashes. It also reads and clears trouble codes, shows customizable virtual gauges and logs data. 

Exhaust built for easy installation

• T409 stainless steel construction.
• Direct bolt-on design for factory mounting points, with no cutting or welding required. A small MIG tack weld on the clamp joints is recommended for added stability.
• Lower exhaust backpressure for stronger high-RPM torque and sharper throttle response.
• Installation time is typically around 1 hour for the DPF-section pipes and around 2 hours for the downpipe-back systems.

EGR delete that keeps the engine cleaner

This kit can eliminate the EGR system. Block-off plates seal the EGR passages, a coolant standpipe adapter and hose route coolant around the EGR cooler, and a throttle valve delete tube replaces the EGR throttle valve. Hot exhaust gas is no longer sent back into the intake, which helps prevent soot buildup and clogged EGR valves. Coolant also no longer passes through the EGR cooler, so it runs cooler.

Bypass cable installs once and stays

The cable replaces two wires inside the factory OBD-II connector and plugs into a connector near the parking brake area. Your OBD-II port keeps working normally for scanning codes and reading data. It is designed for permanent installation and is not meant to be moved to another vehicle.

Fitment Notes

• Engine and years: 2022–2024 Ram 2500/3500 with the 6.7L Cummins.
• Cab and bed: fit Crew Cab Short Bed, Crew Cab Long Bed pickups.
• Not compatible with Cab & Chassis commercial-style trucks or air-ride suspension trucks.
• Modified trucks: the exhaust is designed for factory structures and original installation spaces. If your truck has been modified in the exhaust area, additional adjustments may be needed.
• Tool and cable: the Auto Agent 3 needs the included bypass cable setup.
• Flashing tip: connect a battery charger or maintainer (12+ amp recommended) during flashing to prevent voltage drops. Tuning is recommended before hardware installation.
