Installation Steps

Vehicle Preparation: Park the on a level surface and let the engine cool to prevent burns from hot parts. Disconnect both batteries for safety. A tuner is required for electronic changes before starting the physical DPF delete.
Remove Sensors and Factory Hardware: EGT sensors and pressure lines on the DPF are carefully disconnected. On many trucks, the DEF injector is also unbolted. The heavy DPF canister is removed from the flanges and exhaust hangers, often needing a transmission jack or an extra hand due to its weight.
Install Delete Piping: The high-flow delete pipe replaces the DPF, using factory-style hangers for a secure, rattle-free fit. Heavy-duty clamps or flanges connect it to the downpipe and tailpipe, ensuring an airtight seal and preventing soot leaks.
